eBenefits Group, LLC is pleased to announce
that it has entered into an agreement with Brown Raysman Millstein
Felder & Steiner LLP to have Beverly W. Garofalo, a partner
in the firm's Labor and Employment Group, available to provide legal
counsel to clients of eBenefits Group in the areas of labor and
employment law. Clients with questions about any aspect of employment law
or about a particular situation within their workplace are encouraged to
call or e-mail Attorney Garofalo directly. There will be no charge for
the initial consultation. If Attorney Garofalo can respond to your
question during that initial consultation, she will do so without any
charge. If the nature of the question or request will require legal

provide you with an estimate of time and fees and you can decide if you
would like to retain Brown Raysman to represent your company. If you do,
as a client of eBenefits Group, you will receive a discount equal to 10%
off the firm's standard hourly rates. The firm may also be able to work
with you to provide favorable flat fee billing for certain matters such
as human resources audits and drafting employee handbooks.
Beverly Garofalo graduated magna cum laude from the
University of Connecticut School of Law in 1991. Following graduation,
she clerked for Chief Justice Ellen Ash Peters of the Connecticut Supreme
Court. Attorney Garofalo then spent five years as employment attorney at

Connecticut. In 1996, she
joined Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner's Hartford, Connecticut
Office where she has continued to practice exclusively in the area of
employment law on behalf of employers. Attorney Garofalo has written and
spoken extensively on employment law issues and has also been an adjunct
